  • All staff I came into contact with were very friendly and professional in their attitude towards providing a high level of customer service. The workshop was immaculate and I was shown round where my car would be repaired and staff were polite and friendly also. I was offered to inspect the work completed in good lighting to ensure I was happy before collecting the car. The customer waiting area was comfortable and drinks were offered and made for me. Many thanks to them as I have my car back as good as new.
  • Having had trouble with my Nissan Micra at a previous repairer, I contacted Parkway Prestige, a Nissan approved accident repair centre. What a difference I found. A spacious car park and excellent reception area, with smart welcoming staff. I was made a coffee whilst I waited. The Assessor was attentive and helpful and took photos of the damage. The estimate was emailed and followed up by a paper copy in the post. There was an offer to collect my car from home and to deliver a courtesy car if required. I will definitely be using Parkway in the future.

  • I was introduced to Parkway Prestige when someone ran into the back of me and their insurance asked me to go to Parkway Prestige. I had never heard of it before and was a bit apprehensive as I had a Mercedes SLK which the roof went into the boot, where I had been hit, and wanted someone who knew about Mercedes to mend it. I was assured Parkway Prestige could do it, so I took it to them. I was met by Saj Hashmi who assured me they were Mercedes approved and booked my car in. When I picked my car up, it was done beautifully and I was very pleased, on driving it home I heard a knocking that had not been there before, but after ringing Saj and telling him, he booked it in to be looked at and sorted it out. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Parkway Prestige and would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.
